It is usually the case when you move, you'd realise you possess more things than you thought you do, what looks like 5 boxes became 20, you wonder where did all these shites come from?
The move-out of White Mulan really signified something for her friendship with Caurora, for Caurora this move established a goal to build a life with someone. Caurora sees the importance in traditional senses and her life merging with Caffine's, so without physically moving she is mentally moving to a different stage.
Meanwhile Mulan will be joining her sister living in a suburb that is closer to her work, she has less of transportation and easier budget for transportation... It's kinda sad because it really marks the end of something - the potential of the friendship falling into a void if either side forgotten to invest in the friendship...
Things will never be the same again, in fact, things should never be the same.
If you have a think about it, the move is not something that is very big after all, it is true that the friendship will never be the same, and nothing should ever be the same to begin with. An modern art movement, which referenced an ancient philosophy used the term Flux - meaning nothing is ever the same, the person we were 1 second ago was different person from the one we are now - it is because time IS part of us. Everyday we change, sameness is an illusion from our humanity attempted to group sections of our timeline into "periods", when things starting to become something else, we may call it "End of an Era" or "Thing will never be the same".
Come to think about it. Can we really live the same way over and over? Is it a good way to spend your life doing the same thing? If you asked questions like these, you can tell that you are not the kind of person who can live the same way over and over.
Over your short timeline, where you live, what you are passionate of, who are your friends, where you work, everything changes. Perhaps we are all just part of the flux that wants to find something to hold on to, unfortunately our desire to be stable made us sensitive to the smallest changes and become a sense of lost or grief, there are major changes - birth or death, but everything else can be seen as relatively smaller - "Its only moving out, its not like someone died, life always go on and you can always catch up."
Seeing the end as the beginning is better way to look at things: Mulan and Caurora separating living space means they now have a chance to prove the strength of their friendship and the ability to go on and move forward as friends and as individuals.
The new chapters of lives is something that people can look forward to, not many people can feel happy to get stuck in the same chapter, certainly not the bitches.
Wicked recently proven something: her bed hopping experiences really helped her not to freak out when waking up to an unfamiliar ceiling...
