She is an obvious and to-the-point person, that's why as an executive assistant, she has a successful career - it allow her boss to trust her. 3 years ago she met Caurora, Wicked, John-asmine and Mulan through a man she dated; at the beginning Wicked was concern that their friendship with RoAriel was basing on what is the past and unable to move on to the future, but RoAriel shown the great personality, and the doubt was over.
Sex and the City 2 movie had been crucified by the critics and the media, people don't watch it for was many times - maybe they think Carrie no longer worth watching because she is now living a calm life with Big surrounded by luxury. But life don't stop after dramas in relationship, and friendship don't stop after one's relationship become stable. Being with Chaddy made both of them better person, also showing the bitches that a person can change and improve. We all make mistake in the past, bad job, bad things we said, bad vibrator(s)...
To RoAriel's relationship, no change is certainly good change. But if you look closely, there are quite a bit of strengthening in mentality. It look the same from the outside, and RoAriel define herself as the same person she was 3 years ago, but she became stronger, she feel that her life has become more solid - unlike Caurora started to pursue political matters, unlike Mulan searching for a new country to live in, she is just being the way she has been, and she is comfortable.
Sometimes change is good, but in this ever-changing world, being stable can be a blessing.
