As the bitches see White Mulan disappearing regularly, getting SMS like "Sorry I missed your call" or "I meant to get back to you sooner" She'd either developed a drug addiction or a new boyfriend.

Let's call it a Pseudo-Marriage, the 2 people heavily bonding together and share almost everyday together, making decisions together; without any paperwork about being married, the couple enjoy being identified as 1 bonded pair of human being. Sometime the will power of being this way is stronger than having a ring on it. Maybe a ring seal the deal, but this sense of together-ness, is the real deal.
Yes, there's no indication of marriage, but Mulan is loving it! Caurora had been doing this with Caffine; Chaddy, despite all the obstacle managed to become well bonded with RoAriel.
Then one not-so-special day, Mr Curry started making plans with Mulan about living together in Japan, her worry is over, perhaps she is married, not necessary with a marriage certificate or a ring or white dress (please! which one of us are virgins?), knowing he wants to be with her for the long haul, even overseas, out weighted her worries.
