It was tagged THE ULTIMATE BITCHES NIGHT OUT - Sex and the City 2, the bitches didn't care about what the critics said, it was fabulous. We still hate the writers whom created a "trouble in paradise" for Carrie, we curse it, but we're watching it for multiple time. Not only the bitches, the extended family of friends too, 15 people was big, the only people missing were Caurora and Caffine (for a very good reason - previous episode).
It is fact that SATC is no Hitchcock or Spielberg, the reason that took the bitches to the cinema is the fun time with each other, and a cocktail after. Everyone knew they're not watching a mater piece, why are the critics picking on the SATC gals?
At 2am Mulan drove Wicked home, after washing off her makeups; changed into her t-shirt and shorts from the very loud outfit and oversized accessories. Wicked was thinking, who she is (and was) and what life in her late 20s means to her, and how she map herself in this world. Caurora told Wicked she is becoming an accomplished bitch, Mulan agreed.
Caurora was working on her competition submission the night that John-asmine organised the SATC2 night out, but she caught Wicked for lunch the day before. She revealed to Wicked how much she wants a married and simple life. She loves Caffine and he had been amazing to her, they will be heading for a holiday in New York together soon, all expenses paid by Caffine, she is ready to rock in the city where SATC came from, perhaps the sacred place for lot of women and gay men now.
As Mulan, John-asmine, RoAriel and Wicked were sipping their cocktails after SATC2, Mulan yelled "When's my turn for a big wedding?" Hinted she is possibly as much as a marrying type as Caurora is, can that be the result of sharing a home with Caurora for almost 2 years, we don't know. In order not to jinx her idea about the future, Mulan is not telling the bitches what she has in mind, but moving toward a marriage is her thing.
John-asmine revealed a big plan: she will be moving to Europe in a few months to pursue her career. Life took her to a different place, a different route, a new environment may be a possible way to go. Maybe a new life can wash her away her past and start fresh. Wicked vowed if John-asmine ever forsaken the bitches, she will go to Europe, hunt her down and skin her alive, sow the skin on a doll and call it John-asmine.
RoAriel likes SATC2, she likes the light entertainment and a change of scene. Sometimes, one just need to shake things up. She and Chaddy is in this stable relationship that it is working like a married couple. It is a big accomplishment in a relationship in her opinion. She still miss him dearly and definitely dying for his return. His project aboard is not finishing anytime soon, she definitely don't mind to spend more time with her bitches. She is not like Carrie and Big taking days off their relationship, or the Indian couple in the movie that only get to see each other every 3 months. As a career woman RoAriel understands, if one's work take one to a different place, no one should forfeit such opportunity.
As for Wicked, is she a marrying type? Probably not. She agreed with Carrie and Big's 2 days off idea to maintain the sparkle, and she rather being happy for herself and Chrisyero to have their own places to live, because every time when they get to spend time together, efforts would be made to make it nice times, she don't want little bits from daily life to get in her way of feeling the pure connection, She decided to go all in in this relationship, she want to maintain her pride as an individual and experience the connection, which she regarded as most important in a relationship, move-in or marriage is just forms of formality, she don't feels like she need it. Although amused to wear an ass-less wedding gown, she's not ready to jump into something that may risk her relationship. Most of her friends wants to get married, she's happy for them, but it doesn't mean she has to as well.
Wicked wants what Carrie refer as "Sparkle", a sense of effort, excitement and above that a feel of the connection of a relationship, the real feeling of a relationship instead of what formality offers. She is an independent bitch who whats her way in life. Perhaps the questions is: does Chrisyero think the same...
