"It's me..." a pesudo sexy tone from a guy when I pick up the mobile, although I have caller display but it is a number totally outside my phone's knowledge. with the tone of his voice I know he is after sex, must be some quick trick whom I pass my number to during a chat.
The average of people chatting to the same person on gay private chat room should be around 6 at a time, I can't remember how many people I had given my number to but I am sure it was not one. The reason that the guy will call and just say "It's me" would be: He was receiving 6 numbers at the same time and mixing the source's name;He was so confident that I would reconise his number when it pops up;He think that his pesudo sexy voice will win me over like immediately; orI'm delusional
What I feel when I heard "It's me" would be:Who the fuck are you?;Do I know you?;And you think your voice is sexy?;He's delusional
I am not rich enough to have separate phones for each purpose, some calls can be dialed from a new friend, a workmate or a family member whom i never pay attention to. So next time, when I receive calls like this, i will use my Margret Cho tone and ask nicely: 'Who is "Me"?'
