Caurora initiated a project with her workmates and she invited Wicked to join her. Caurora was doing it for free and for a good cause, for the great of good of the community and for the future generation of bitches - no matter how hard it would be, she will do it. She never felt so political and personal before, it is her passion.
So Wicked wanted to say "No" at the beginning.
But witnessing Caurora's devotion is diabetically sweet, also this project somehow help Wicked to sharpen her career tool. So Wicked said yes.
At the beginning Wicked thought she would be taking a minor role, but as things sailed along, it had gotten bigger, Wicked experience the overwhelming power which Caurora was inspired by, it is like the ocean, and Wicked was sea-sick, which partually caused the discomfort period previously (previous episode)
But all was worth it.
Somehow the 2 found a working dynamic which needed improvement, but overall was good.
When it takes a lot of understanding and faith to interact friendship and professionalism, especially there is difference between known professions, potential problem presents, especially when you are working for free, you do need to take care of the day job at the same time.
Wicked separate her work from passion (but that does not mean she is not passionate about work); while Caurora applies her passion as backbone to the project and her workmates. There is no way to say which way is right, and when these contradition happens, both must protect what they stands for and attemp to reach the common ground.
The biggest question at the beginning was: Will Caurora's protective work self get in the way of her faithful friend self? We're not talking about the day job VS this volunteering project; or the work dynamic between the 2 bitches. It is about the friendship's flexibility to cope with the above contraditions.
The question followed soon behind was how can Wicked resume the friend-self after exposing the much different work-self? Since the forceful work self had beeb exposed, hidden damage might generated. Can there be invisible damage that would develop into an underlining wound?
With a bit of luck, perhaps Caurora and Wicked had survived, somehow with a bit of respect and trust in all level, they worked well together, a little bit like Caurora's discussion with moving in with Mulan, with a bit of respect and trust, perhaps Caurora and reached to a deeper level of Wicked, and Mulan, without knowing it.
All these had proven Caurora is a much passionate person, not just for her political belief but also for her friends, and like everyone else, she can only reach deep when it is 1 person at a time, such opportunity provided her to have a deeper understanding about the other 2 bitches, Mulan would be happy to live with her, and Wick would not mind to work with her again. Caurora is doing well.
